These terms of use (hereinafter "ToU") are intended to provide the legal framework for the provision of the site and services by Yuno and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by "the User". These ToU are accessible on the site under the "ToU" section. Any registration or use of the site implies acceptance without any reservation or restriction of these ToU by the user. When registering on the site via the Registration Form, each user expressly accepts these ToU by checking the box preceding the following text: "I acknowledge having read and understood the ToU and I accept them". In the event of non-acceptance of the ToU stipulated in this contract, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the site. https://www.yunohr.com/ reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of these ToU at any time.

Article 2: Site access

The site https://www.yunohr.com/ allows the User free access to the following services:

The website offers the following services: Provision of information about an HR SaaS solution dedicated to employee engagement and performance within a company.

The site is freely accessible anywhere to any User with Internet access.

All costs borne by the User to access the service (computer equipment, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their expense.

The non-member User does not have access to reserved services. To do this, they must register by filling out the form. By accepting to register for reserved services, the member User undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information concerning their civil status and contact details, particularly their email address.

To access the services, the User must then identify themselves using their username and password which will be communicated to them after their registration.

Any regularly registered member User may also request their unsubscription by going to the dedicated page in their personal space. This will be effective within a reasonable time.

Any event due to force majeure resulting in a malfunction of the site or server and subject to any interruption or modification in case of maintenance, does not engage the responsibility of https://www.yunohr.com/. In these cases, the User thus accepts not to hold the publisher responsible for any interruption or suspension of service, even without notice.

Article 3: Data collection

The site ensures the User a collection and processing of personal information in respect of privacy in accordance with law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

The Yuno trademark is a trademark registered by MOZON Korentin. Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of this trademark, of whatever nature, is totally prohibited.

The User must request prior authorization from the site for any reproduction, publication, copy of the different contents.

They undertake to use the site contents in a strictly private framework, any use for commercial and advertising purposes is strictly prohibited.

Any total or partial representation of this site by any process whatsoever, without the express authorization of the website operator would constitute an infringement sanctioned by article L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
